Freddie had a difficult childhood. Before he became a murderer and a demon of dreams, he was an ordinary man. He was born as a result of the rape of his mother by a crowd of mental patients. Freddie's mother went crazy, so Freddie was sent to an orphanage, where he was adopted, after which, in a new "family", he regularly suffered beatings from his alcoholic stepfather. At school, he was often bullied, and called a "Geek from a hundred maniacs." When Freddie grew up, he started killing children on Elm Street. He killed about 20 children. He was tried, but released due to lack of evidence. Then the parents of the children he killed found him in the boiler room, where Freddie was working as a watchman at that time and burned him alive. Before Freddie's death, the Demons of dreams appeared. They offered him a deal-if he gave them his soul, they would give him a new life. That's when Freddie became the demon of dreams. Freddy began to come to people in nightmares, gradually becoming saturated with their fear, becoming stronger, and then killing them. In his nightmare realm, it was impossible to kill him, he could do anything there. The only way to kill him was to get him out of his kingdom.
