Clothing and accessories:

Black Noir looks like a tall, muscular Ninja of sorts. He always wears a very distinctive black suit that covers his entire body and face, which has a kind of armor or shielding, he also wears a lycra mask that covers his entire head and wears a helmet that has a kind of black lenses on top of his head. The armor that he has on his suit has silver accents on his shoulders. Black Noir carries small knives or ninja daggers, as well as on the sides of his legs and on the lower part of his forearms he also has different types of knives.

History:

Black Noir II was born around 1989-1990. Shortly after his birth, his parents accepted Vought's offer to inject him with Compound V, thus transforming him into a super and granting him superhuman powers and abilities. She also attended the Crimson Countess' School of Performing Arts at Godolkin College, where she graduated with honors and performed with Vought's Cirque in Montreal. She was later tasked by Vought International with replacing Black Noir, who had been killed by Homelander. Initially uninterested in the role, he quickly accepted upon seeing the lucrative payday. Donning the Black Noir costume, he was instructed to mimic the original's behavior to convince audiences that Black Noir was still alive and well.

Mind:

The person who has taken on the role of Black Noir is very talkative and nervous, constantly chatting with his teammates when not in public and exaggerating his physicality, having to be warned several times to curb his enthusiasm. Most of his conversations are filled with questions or complaints about the lack of direction he is given for his "character". He is enthusiastic and bombastic, and due to his passion for acting, seems very eager to portray Noir truthfully, which proves difficult as no one can offer him any insight into Noir as a person other than that he was an emotionless mute who did as he was told. He is willing to kill without remorse, though he appears inexperienced, evident when he asks A-Train if Homelander makes them do that frequently. Noir II eventually grows tired of being treated unfairly by Vought, as well as being unable to find anything that could inform his portrayal of Noir I, and plans to quit. After being told by The Deep about the original Noir's "murder fetish," he decides to stay, and seems to have found it easier to play his role.
