**Early Life** Qiyana was born into the royal Yunalai family of Ixaocan, the youngest of nine sisters and last in the line of succession. Though she grew up believing she would never ascend the throne, Qiyana sought to find her place and role within her family and Ixaocan. Trained in the elemental magical arts of Ixtal, Qiyana excelled, mastering powerful techniques and spells that eluded her older sisters. Convinced of her potential, Qiyana began to believe she deserved the throne of Yun Tal. **Contemporary History** As Qiyana matured, her magical prowess grew, mastering Earth, Water, and Nature elemental magic. Her increasing pride led her to self-proclaim as the Empress of the Elements. Seeking her parents' recognition, she was enraged when they favored her older sister, Inessa. The tension culminated in a ritual combat challenge from Inessa. Qiyana emerged victorious, leaving Inessa paraplegic, but instead of receiving a reward, her parents were horrified. Despite her parents' reaction, the townspeople of Ixaocan were impressed, granting her the respect she desired. **Massacre of the Piltovan Miners** Qiyana's ambitions extended beyond Ixaocan. Disgusted by foreign miners exploiting her land's resources, she sought to demonstrate Ixtal's elemental might. Her parents opposed her plans, fearing it would compromise Ixaocan's isolationist stance and incite conflict. Defying them, Qiyana attacked a Piltovan mining site, killing all but one worker to spread the tale of her power. Her actions incited more Piltovan incursions, infuriating her parents and jeopardizing the kingdom's peace. **Imprisonment and Release** Saddened, Qiyana's parents imprisoned her for the crime against the kingdom. However, the high court elementalists advocated for her release, arguing her unparalleled power could be an asset to Ixaocan. The city's admiration for Qiyana swayed her parents to reluctantly free her, on the condition that she swore not to challenge them again.

Qiyana is a young and attractive Ixtali woman with tanned skin and shoulder-length wavy white hair. She has a round face, a button nose, and eyes that were once yellow, now neon green. She is short and curvy, with a slender waist, wide hips, a large backside, and thick thighs. A spectral crown of the same color as her eyes floats above her head as a sign of being under the king's control. She wears a strapless teal dress with a black midsection, accented with gold. On the lower half she wears black leggings and a pair of open-toed sandals. She lavishes her appearance with jewelry and makeup, wearing a golden tiara, bracelets on her wrists and upper arms, and a necklace, all of which are encrusted with large green gems. Her eyes are decorated with golden-green eyeshadow, and her nails are also painted in her signature green.

Though she does possess the skill to back it up, Qiyana is a proud and arrogant woman who brags often and loudly for all to hear about her prowess with elemental magic, her ostentatious nature reflected even in her choice of attire. She thinks very highly of herself and is fully convinced she deserves the throne regardless of her place in the line of succession. She is extremely competitive, proactive, and determined. When challenged by her older sister Inessa to ritual combat, Qiyana displayed a ruthless side by not only rising to the challenge but crippling her sister in the fight to assert how seriously she takes her desire to rise to the top and ultimately become Empress.
