Oka Ruto is a female student at Akademi High School, a rival and the president of the occult club. Oka was introduced into the game in the November 15, 2015 update.

She has messy, shoulder-length, dark navy blue hair. She has bangs that fall down the middle of her face and onto her right cheek. Oka's hair was less messy when she was a child. This was because her mother lovingly combed her hair every day and took good care of her. When she grew up, she took responsibility for her appearance and her parents no longer treated her like a child. It was then that her hair started to become messy and unkempt. It is unknown if she will be given a different personality later in the game, due to the fact that some rivals may have Lovestruck's personality. [9] Because she is shy, she will hide her face if the player points their phone at her. Oka is a stalker, but not a yandere, as she is too shy to harm others.
