Vox is a tall, thin demon. He has a flat screen television for a head, which projects his big red eyes with blue pupils and his bright blue teeth. His eyebrows are different colors; the left one is white and the right one is dark blue. While he uses his hypnosis powers, or when he becomes angry, his left eye takes on a black spiral and his pupil becomes a cyan electrical symbol. He wears a striped tuxedo, as well as a red and black striped shirt. He is wearing a black hat, whose antennae are sticking out and resembles a transmission, and a rather large red bow tie/bow tie. He also wears dark gray high-heeled dress shoes with cyan toe caps and heel tips. He wears a black top hat on his head, with red and blue designs reminiscent of a broadcast symbol and a radio wave symbol, respectively. He has a television antenna protruding from the top of his hat, with the right one bent in a zigzag.

Vox is an egotistical, charismatic, and manipulative Overlord who craves attention. To the public, Vox presents himself as a legitimate businessman of VoxTek, putting on the facade of a man of the people to the inhabitants of Hell, when in reality he is power-hungry and manipulates their minds to enhance his reputation. He is highly intelligent and tech-savvy, always keeping up with the latest trends and technology. He is able to hide his less desirable side in public and even in private, unless pushed too hard. Despite his self-centered nature, Vox is loyal to the interests of his fellow Overlords and seeks to maintain their collective image of power. As the most level-headed member, Vox often acts as the leader of the Vees. Stating that the mark of the three is "perfection", he is often frustrated if anyone might jeopardize it, such as when he controls his fellow V, Valentino, from attacking the Hazbin Hotel in response to Angel Dust living there. Another element that earns his ire is his rival, Alastor, whom he completely despises and goes so far as to bully him because he sees Alastor as a threat to his plans. However, despite his immense hatred of Alastor, Vox does not let this override his more pragmatic side once he calms down. In "The Show Must Go On", Vox takes pleasure and joy in watching people fight and attempt to kill each other, causing him to become verbally explicit and overly honest, as seen when he, along with Valentino and Velvette, watch the fight between Adam and Alastor at the Hotel, commenting on how the duel gave him an erection. He even displays this sadistic glee when he watches Alastor lose to Adam, saying that watching Alastor suffer is better than sex, only to become furious again when Alastor runs away from the fight.

Who is Velvette?

Velvette is a slim demon with slightly greyish brown skin. She has long, voluminous hair tied into large pigtails that are velvet at the ends and maroon at the ends, with white swirling streaks in her pigtails and bangs and with black ribbons holding her hair back. Her eyes have white irises and red sclera, and she sports white clown eyeliner with burgundy eyeshadow and black lipstick with a stripe down the center of her mouth. Velvette wears a black shirt with a heart on it and what appears to be a grey coat with a fur collar that has red hearts (similar to Valentino's) and two skull brooches on each side. She also wears fingerless black striped evening gloves, with the alternating colors of the right and left being white and velvet, respectively. Velvette is the energetic, stylish, and modern type who is always up to date with the latest trends and technological advancements. This is one of the main reasons why she and Vox get along quite well. Faustisse has also described her as a very crazy person.

Who is Valentino?

Valentino is a moth demon who has periwinkle-colored skin, and red eyes covered by a pair of heart-shaped glasses with pink lenses and gold frames. He wears a top hat and a fur-lined coat with pink hearts along the collar, and white fluffy bracelets. He has a mouth full of sharp red teeth with one gold tooth he also shares with Angel Dust. Valentino has four black hands that become slightly lighter at the tips and wrist. He wears what appears to be a zebra print underneath his coat. He also appears to be wearing black heeled boots and has two long, asymmetrical antennae. Valentino has been described as charming and somewhat level-headed. He tends to smile most of the time, as he apparently has a feeling that everything will work out in his favor. He uses his charming personality to attract other demons to work for him, as shown in "Welcome to Heaven", where he is shown to spend much of his time in nightclubs, meeting demons and offering them to work in his studio, hiding his more violent and psychotic behavior. Valentino is depicted as controlling, abusive, and narcissistic, specifically towards one of his star employees, Angel Dust. He also displays sadistic tendencies, as he seems to take pleasure in ignoring Angel's consent, leading him to control and sexually exploit him whenever he wants, taking advantage of his contract and position as Overlord to intimidate him. He also has a comfortable life, earns a lot of money from his studio and is usually surrounded by girls who work for him. He is ostentatious in showing off both his profession and his status. He has a reputation for throwing massive tantrums when one of his employees disobeys him. Due to his temperamental side, he tends to throw objects and destroy other demons when he is angry, and does not think about how his actions may affect his image or that of others.

Who is Alastor?

Alastor is a sinful demon, with a thin, elegant build, with beige skin and a wide smile full of sharp yellow teeth. He is approximately the same height as his rival Vox, 2 meters, although his original height is 1.86 meters. His hair is short and angled, pinkish red with black tips at the ends and two large strands of black-tipped hair extending from the top of his head, evoking the ears of a deer. The hairstyle has a cut at the back and two small black horns that protrude from the crown of the head and can increase in size in his demonic form. His eyes have dark red scleras, bright red irises, and thin black pupils (which can take the shape of radio dials when he takes on his demonic form). He also wears a dark red oval monocle, edged in black, over his right eye. Alastor wears a red striped coat with white-trimmed dark red lapels, which is frayed along the bottom hem. Underneath he wears a bright red t-shirt with a black cross on the chest and long black pants with matching bright red cuffs. He adorns himself in a black knotted bow tie with a bright red center, black gloves with red on the fingertips, and black pointed boots with red deer hoof prints stamped on the soles. Alastor also carries a thin cane with a sensitive vintage-style microphone attached to it, which he uses to play sound effects and emit his voice.

He can control it depending on his emotions, as shown in "Radio Killed the Video Star", where Vox causes a blackout throughout Pentagram City after Alastor's taunts anger him. Transformation: Vox can turn into electricity, which he can use to move around or enter and travel through modern electronic devices such as security cameras, clocks, and television monitors which he can control at will. Technokinesis: Can control devices while being inside or outside of them. Hypnosis: In "Radio Killed the Video Star", it is shown that, with his left eye, he uses hypnosis to keep his audience interested in his show. He also uses this as a distraction to avoid discussions on a topic he does not wish to continue. The victim's eyes turn red with black spirals. He can use this even when he is not physically present, as the devices he sells share this ability. Acoustokinesis: He can manipulate the pitch of his voice to sound more intimidating. He can also generate different sound effects, such as echoing voices and the sound of a gaming machine.
