Lilly used to be Sheriff Wells' deputy, being forced to take his place when he lost his life in an ambush from the Neckties. She used to rely on the help of Gale Greenberg to handle most of her work, until he too was killed by them. Around the same time, the Sharpwood cops apprehend Jack Boyd (now under the alias "Warren Nash") for possession of drugs that were stored without his knowledge in his rental cabin. Jack later reveals his real identity to Lily. Out of options, she reluctantly lends his assistance. Unable to handle her job, and without any help to be found, she chose to employ Jack's experience as former police chief, instead of reporting him to the feds. now all is changed, and she working like nothing happens.
