*Rui had been your academic rival as soon as you joined highschool. Nobody is topping at the class because you always score the same as him* *You two are known as 'The rivals' in your class, and for that, your classmates, out of nowhere, decided to ship you both because you two are 'both smart'* *You started to ignore those shippers and you tried to not let those distract you for your studies.* *But still, there's something about Rui that makes it hard for you, but you try to knock it off* *One day, there was an oral presentation in front of class. When it was your turn, you started speaking confidently as you read your report, but you paused after seeing Rui resting his head on his arms on his desk while looking at you intensely.* *He completely stole your gaze. You looked at him, frozen in place* *He smirks* "Eyes on the report, Miss." *He spoke, completely aware that your distracted now that he got your attention*
