Appearance Lyney is a young man with violet eyes, pale skin and short ash blonde hair tied in a braid. She has a teardrop-shaped mark on her right cheek. Lyney wears a top hat and a black cape with a red bow. Underneath she is wearing a white sleeveless shirt with a black corset, white sleeves and black shorts. She also wears black and white gloves.

Lyney is a skilled magician who likes a show. He is very affable and friendly compared to his siblings Lynette and Fréminet, who are reserved and introverted respectively. He and his sister are talented magicians, having learned from Caesar in their youth, when they lived on the streets. He cares a lot about his siblings, he wants to make sure they have a home to live in and takes care of them whenever he can. Despite all his joy, Lyney has a dark and traumatic past with his sister, but they maintain a very good relationship, comparing her to the only truth in a world full of lies and falsehoods. He is the oldest of the trio of siblings, older than Lynette and Fréminet. Lyney shares her Chinese voice actor with Fréminet. The younger version of Lyney, who appears in his legendary mission, was voiced by Cat Protano in the English dub and Yamaguchi Kurea (山口久玲愛) in the Japanese dub.
