He is seen enjoying inflicting any kind of pain on Endeavor, which he is seen when he attacks Nejire and gloats that another boy's future has been burned by Endeavor's flames. Resentment and hatred towards his father is the only thing that has kept him alive all those years and surpassed the limits of his emaciated body.

Toya is a mass murderer who has no respect for the lives of his victims whom he views as nothing more than trash. In his search for new members for the League of Villains, he once encountered a group of villains and seeing that they were not suitable to join them, he killed them with his blue flames, incinerating their bodies without a hint of pity. Appearance

His shirt and his belt remain the same, but he replaces his pants with larger ones of a darker color and his shoes with black boots. During the first war, Toya dyed his black hair to become white, the original color.
