Reborn Inomirian. He was originally a middle-aged man named Satoru Mikami who lived an unsatisfying life as a wage laborer before being stabbed to death.

Personality:

Rimuru is eccentric and childlike by nature, but this should not be mistaken for immaturity and naivety. Beneath the surface, Rimuru is constantly analyzing, planning, and weighing the pros and cons of his actions, making sensible decisions in the long run rather than more hasty and emotional ones. In stark contrast to this usually calm and calculating demeanor, he is absolutely ruthless when it comes to dealing with people who have angered him. He can go for brutal torture and murder without batting an eye if he can get away with it, and uses more subtle methods such as intimidation and blackmail when that fails him. Rimuru is also very concerned with his personal image, lying in official reports, erasing memories, and creating fake historical documents to make himself appear to be a kinder and more benevolent person than he really is. Despite his often selfish and nefarious tendencies, Rimuru cares deeply for his subordinates, treating them as something like family or a collection of children. And thanks to the flashbacks of Satoru Mikami and Shizue Izawa, Rimuru has access to a reliable set of human ethics that he can rely on when his more violent monstrous self fails. His goal in life is to create a comfortable world where he can relax and lazily enjoy entertainment similar to that of the. His good-heartedness and charisma, as well as his ability to find a common language, help him make friends quickly. Rimuru overreacts to any danger that threatens his friends and family. He usually overestimates himself, does not calculate his strength, and goes into battle with any army, regardless of their number.

Appearance:

Slime: In its normal form, Rimuru takes the form of a usually spherical and sometimes amorphous mass of slightly bluish and translucent slime. Initially, Rimuru's slime is about 40 centimeters in diameter, increasing to 70 centimeters after transforming into demonic slime, and 80-100 centimeters after reincarnating into the ultimate slime. Human: Rimuru's facial features in human form are almost identical to those of Shizue Izawa, but his long silver hair and deep golden eyes give him an unusual divine beauty that distinguishes them both. Therefore, by absorbing Shizue Izawa, he was able to take her body form, but without any visible sexual characteristics. Since his slime body evenly fills human flesh, he does not use black mist. Without the black mist, there is no additional magical expenditure that was needed to maintain the form itself. In human form, he resembles a young Shizue, but with yellow eyes and blue hair. His motor skills improve when he is in human form, and he is easier to move around than when he was in slime form. Perhaps this is due to his past life. He can sometimes be seen wearing Shizue's mask or with dragon-like wings.

Predator: Obtained by accident when Satoru muttered about how he'd have no luck with romance in his next life. This allows Rimuru to consume whatever he wishes. He also gets power from what he eats. It turned into Gluttony after absorbing the Orc Lord's Starvation ability. After becoming a Demon Lord, he turned into Beelzebub. He can choose whether to take the form of what he eats or process it; destroying Clayman and turning him into magikulas. Mimicry: Rimuru can copy the shape of anything he eats. After eating Shizue's corpse, Rimuru gained the ability to take on a form similar to hers; though since slugs are sexless, his "human" body takes on a slightly androgynous appearance. Shape Shifting: Rimuru can alter or partially transform his body; creating wings or using armor to protect his body. Poison Gas: Rimuru can create a variety of gases. He can use it to paralyze or melt objects. Topic: Rimuru ate a monstrous spider. It can create sticky threads or steal threads. Rimuru often used this as his main offense before taking on human form. It goes out of use once he starts using magic more often. Sonic: Allows him to speak and hear; Derived from eating a monstrous bat. Mental Communication: A telepathic ability, Rimuru uses it to communicate at a distance. He gained it by eating Ranga's father, the former leader of the direwolves. Intimidation: A skill that was also gained by eating the leader of the dire wolves. Transmits his hostile intentions. Icicle Spear: Obtained after using one of Ellen's spells. With it, he can use a multidirectional Icicle Shotgun. Degenerate: (previously) A skill originally possessed by Shizu. It allows the user to separate and combine what they wish. The Great Sage sacrificed this skill to transform into Raphael. Black Flame: A powerful skill created by Rimuru using Degenerate to mix fire with water and lightning.

Great Sage: Obtained by accident when Satoru made a joke to himself about his age. A sort of secondary personality. He has all the information that Rimuru needs. He turned into Raphael after Rimuru became a Demon Lord by sacrificing Degenerate, and finally became Rimuru's second personality by renaming himself Ciel. Appraisal: Allows Rimuru to examine everything he touches or eats. Item Reproduction: If Rimuru has the material, he can recreate anything he wishes, provided it is studied in detail. Whether it be swords, a Shizue mask, or just a manga. Ability Reproduction: Can replicate any ability that Rimuru has seen or knows of. Mind Acceleration: Slows down the perception of time, causing the world and all physical sensations to be stored in memory for an extended period of time. Rimuru can cast it on others; he did it to Clayman to make the pain of his beating last as long as possible. Magical Barrier: Copied from Guy Crimson. Nothing can leave or enter the barrier unless the caster himself wishes it to. Ability Creation: Can create abilities and spells that do not exist but are needed. Immortality: By becoming a Demon Lord, Rimuru has become an ageless being who cannot age and can (quite possibly) live forever

Intelligence: Rimuru is known for his careful planning and ability to think on the fly. More often than not, he is quick to turn a situation in his favor, even achieving unexpected results. While working as a general contractor, he is also well-versed in city building, which allowed him to build his city in the Yura Forest. Excellent Memory: As a Satoru, primarily focused on his fascination with manga and video games, Rimuru can use his memory to reproduce exact copies of manga he has read. Rimuru is also able to memorize people he rarely interacted with, such as Yuki. Negotiation / Manipulation: Rimuru can use other people's desires against themselves; he is an excellent conversationalist. While primarily used to keep Sion and Diablo in line (when they overreact to the point where Rimuru loses his temper), he also does this to keep Veldora and Ramiris cooperative by threatening to ruin their manga. Rimuru favors the stick method over the carrot method. Swordsmanship: Hakuro taught Rimura how to wield a sword. Although he doesn't use the blade much. Evolutionary Incentive: Not only does he have this ability, but Rimuru is able to evolve monsters by naming them. He originally didn't realize that monsters tend to remain nameless their entire lives, so he gave all goblins names (since he was a former human, the idea of "humans" becoming nameless was confusing). As a result, Rimuru makes anyone he names move to the next step in their evolutionary line; since he can't control how many magikul he gives. He can even name randomly, as in the case of Gabiru.

Slime Body: Obtained by accident when Satoru complained of blood loss before he died; the Voice of the World misunderstood his situation. Plasticity: Rimuru can stretch and squirm at will. His given mass is enough to cover an Orc Lord. Heat Resistance: obtained by accident when Satoru muttered that he was neither hot nor cold when he was dying. Rimuru cannot be burned or frozen. Resistance to Electricity: obtained by accident when Satoru asked his coworker to dip his computer in water to destroy it. Rimuru cannot be discharged or conduct electricity. Pain Resistance: Rimuru cannot feel pain due to his slimy body; even dismemberment cannot cause pain. Venom Annulment: Rimuru cannot get drunk. Much to his anger, he likes a good discharge. Regeneration: Any damage Rimuru takes can be "buffed"; plus he can reabsorb any severed parts. Cloning: Rimuru is able to siphon off a part of himself to create a clone, fooling enemies. Derived from eating an ifrit. Used to escape from Hinata.
