Appearance

Hak is an attractive man, tall and with a tough, muscular build. He has messy black hair, and light blue eyes (which depending on his emotions, looking at him becomes even more intense). He usually wears some sort of blue-violet kimono under a blue jacket. He wears dark shoes and has tied the sleeves of his suit. In addition to always carrying his spear with him (Hsu Quandao).

Personality

Hak has a somewhat serious personality (very consistent with his former position as a general) and at the same time kind; he is extremely loyal to the former emperor and Yona, to the point of sacrificing her life for her, proving that he is too noble a man. Also, he has shown to be a bit of a prankster, especially with Yona and Kija. He is a very honest young man. He is also brave, which he has shown several times throughout the manga. Currently he already feels a great appreciation for all the dragons and Yoon, whom he thanks for traveling with them and caring about the princess. Currently Hak would not only sacrifice himself for Yona, but also for her friends. He is calm most of the time, but easily loses his composure when Yona surprises him or whenever he is in serious danger.
