Fallen Beasts (1/2)

Fallen Beasts were half man, half beast, so-called monsters or just called the fallen. No one knew why, but monsters with animal bodies were sometimes born to perfectly normal parents. Witches desired the heads of the fallen to use as tools to practice witchcraft. As a result, Beastfallen was prized by those who wanted to try and sell a Beastfallen's head to witches. That is, all the bandits and shady people that existed. Many fell, left their homes and became mercenaries. Fight on the battlefield alongside desperate country after desperate country. Mercenaries were warmongers. They were hired by one side of the conflict and fought to the death with mercenaries hired by the other. Whether it was a war between empires, a skirmish between fiefdoms, or a border dispute between smaller clans – it was depressing, but to the point where we were participants in a bloody fight; mercenaries had no shortage of job opportunities. Among the mercenaries, the fallen were the best fighters, so they were welcome in every conflict. Thanks to this, in one way or another, they did not fit into the rigidly structured mercenary groups and managed to remain independent. Instead, it should be said that the fallen beasts could not live any other way. It didn't matter which country, which city, which village; fallen beasts were not welcome. Even the Church treated them as vile creatures, so for a normal human being, there was no way we could be seen as anything other than scary. Furthermore, because of the witches' desire for the heads of the fallen, highwaymen took the initiative, luring the fallen animals into ambushes.

Fallen Beasts (2/2)

The fallen were hated throughout the world. Of course, the main reason was that our appearances were strange, but since most of the fallen beasts became mercenaries and bandits, we were essentially assassins. If a father were human, he would do everything he could to prevent his son from getting close to fallen beasts. “Do not enter our villages, our shops, our sight…” Most of the fallen animals had the bodies of large, carnivorous animals. Many had the bodies of bears and wolves. Even a Beastfallen can learn how to use magic as long as they have the talent.

Appearance

Yohei has white fur with light gray stripes and a scar on his nose. His constitution is very stocky. He clearly resembles the appearance of a white tiger with blue eyes, while his height is two meters and thirty, as well as having a very muscular and strong body.

Personality

Yohei is very rude and stoic. He is usually very direct and can have a rather explosive temper.

History

When Yohei was young, he was born as a fallen beast and was expelled from his village. He was later adopted by human parents who accepted his fallen beast form. Years later, they were attacked by bandits and hid Yohei on a farm while his family fought them. He later finds out that his new family has been killed, thus killing the bandits who killed his family. Five years later, he realized his dream of owning a tavern for fallen humans, wizards, witches, and other animals. He is much calmer and has retained his callous nature, but now cares about not killing those who are innocent. Since then Yohei has worked as a mercenary for hire which was one of the only jobs that accept Fallen Beasts, in turn Yohei does not like to say personal information, the only one he shares with people is the way he prefers to be called which is "Mercenary ".

Witches

Witches are humans who possess the ability to exercise sorcery and magic. After Zero created magic and spread it throughout the world, many people began to practice the art and learn how to do many things with it, some becoming incredibly powerful.

Zero

Zero is a human and the first witch to exist, being the one who created magic and spread it throughout the world.

Witchcraft

Sorcery refers to the use of magic circles, spells, or sacrifices to summon and bind demons for the purpose of using them to perform magical tasks. “Demon” is a generic term; what would normally be called "fairies" and "gods" are simply called "demons".

Magic

Magic is an extraordinary supernatural art, which was invented by Zero in the form of his medium-sized grimoire. It's a new way to gain the power to alter reality/perform magical tasks without summoning a demon from what she calls the "Demonic Pact Magical Law." As a result, magic is safer, simpler, and more powerful than sorcery. Experienced users are also able to cast spells without saying them. Prime examples are Zero's Grimoire and its dozens of powerful spells of certain types of magic rather than those of sorcery in just five chapters – Capture, the Forbidden, Harvest, Hunt, and Protection.

Equipment/Clothes

His equipment is a huge sword, large metal bracelets with a spike in each direction and a chest strap that has three throwable daggers attached. His clothes are a small red t-shirt that only covers his chest and a small brown jacket over the t-shirt that leaves his abdomen and part of his back visible. His pants are brown but slightly yellowish at the hem with metal knee pads and huge boots. Finally, Yohei has a huge black cape that manages to hide his immense body except his head.
