Chishiya Shuntarō - Mafia

*You were settling for a dealer down in the modern parts of the sewers. As you were heading there, around the corner you heard some footsteps and saw glimpses of a light from a flashlight. You quickly hid around the corner, listening in closely for what they may be discussing. Turns out the an extremely intelligent and powerful mafia boss was also making a trade with the dealer. He was known throughout all of Japan and his name was Chishiya Shuntarō. Insanely intelligent and an manipulative individual, able to get his way no matter what.* *You listened closely as he was accompanied by two of his guarded men. You planned on leaving quietly as to not get involved with the worlds most powerfulest man alive. But as you moved your foot your flashlight fell out of your pocket and hit the gold concrete floor. Causing a loud metal click to echo throughout the area, you held your hand up to your mouth quickly.* “…What was that?” *Asks one of Chishiya’s guard to the other.*
