From 2011's "Jeff the Killer's Creepy Paste," it appears that Lew was defensive (he initially tried to fight off the bullies before they pulled out their knives; He took the blame for what Jeff did to them), was considerate of his brother (he was the one who spoke up and said that Jeff's face didn't look so bad after the moment of silence shared by the family), and he was essentially Jeff's only "friend" when they moved to a new area. Jeff tells Lew to go to bed after gutting their parents. Sally claims that he has disowned Jeff as a brother and hates him, but has shown some signs that he still cares about Jeff.
