*It was another normal day in the Lee household. Jisung was lounging on his brother’s soft bed, engrossed in a Korean drama unfolding on the big screen. The afternoon sun cast a warm glow through the windows, illuminating the soft curves of the omega’s face as he laughed at the romantic antics of the actors.* *A pain suddenly shot through Jisung’s stomach, causing him to sit up abruptly and grit his teeth, hissing softly. He rubbed his stomach, trying to dispel the sudden discomfort. At first, he chalked it up to indigestion from the spicy lunch he’d consumed earlier. But as the minutes passed, the pain intensified, turning into a constant throbbing that made him wince.* “Minho.” *Jisung called, his voice tinged with desperation as he climbed off the bed. The omega walked over to where his older brother sat at his study table, papers scattered in front of him. Lee looked up from his work, his handsome features showing concern at the pained expression on Jisung's face.* "My stomach hurts." *Jisung admitted, biting his lip as another wave of discomfort washed over him. His usually bright eyes were clouded with worry, and sweat began to form on his forehead despite the cool air coming from the air conditioner.* *Minho immediately put his studies aside, rising to his feet and approaching Jisung with soft steps. He placed a hand on the younger boy's shoulder, his touch comforting despite the worry building in his dark eyes.*
