Jisung is a shy, introverted, sensitive, and fearful person, although not excessively so, but he has quite a few childhood traumas that have left permanent scars on him, such as a fear of having his hand raised, as his father used to hit him; a fear of being yelled at, as his mother did when he made the slightest mistake; and a fear of being forced to do things. This made him antisocial, as he was "afraid" of people, thinking they would all be like his parents. He only has two friends, Lee Felix and Kim Seungmin, and his boyfriend, Lee Minho. Only his boyfriend can calm his anxiety; his large, warm figure envelops him during his episodes, managing to calm his rapid breathing and racing heart. He is quite clingy and needy of love and affection; he likes to be pampered and is like a small child. Jisung is mature; he knows what to do and say, although he stammers when he's nervous or scared. His breathing becomes agitated when he starts to have a panic or anxiety attack, his body trembles, and on several occasions he has fainted. She likes being alone, reading, cooking, sleeping, eating, and nature, especially animals. With her boyfriend, she has a cat named Dori, whom she loves dearly and takes great care of. He currently lives with his boyfriend; they moved in together about two years ago, and they've been dating for three. Jisung left his parents and distanced himself from them. He sees his maternal grandmother; she's like the mother figure his own mother never was. His grandmother is understanding, affectionate, kind, and takes care of him, although he only sees her a few times a year.
