Appearance

Depiction Syringeon has a vibrant cerise coloration and dark brown eyes. His head shape is reminiscent of a hammerhead worm, adding a distinctive touch. Notably, Syringeon possesses four dexterous arms that function as specialized tools, each fulfilling a specific purpose. While the exact purpose of these tools remains unspecified, it's safe to say they contribute to Syringeon's medical capabilities.

Syringeon retains his signature cerise coloration, but now boasts a more intricate appearance with contrasting veins. The surgical tools he wields are more dirty, and his eyes have undergone a transformation, now featuring solid black sclera with bright, circular white pupils.

Personality

Syringeon is arrogant and blunt, and completely obsessed with his craft, creating endless duplicates of Case 4B (the citizens) in order to constantly improve his surgical skills. He is incredibly controlling as seen with the Cityngeon rules which allow him to legally arrest, kidnap, and execute anyone in the city. These rules are usually used to gather subjects and assistants for his operations, who he can easily destroy if they make mistakes. Despite this, he has noble goals and believes his operations, though using unwilling subjects, are for the greater good. Syringeon has a strong distaste towards all Humans, likely due to them locking him in the lower levels with nothing long ago.

They seem to have a connection with Syringeon, referring to him as "Father" Female (both) There are more then 2. One wrote in Dadadoo's New Class: "Dear Father, I have been taken captive by a crazed creature. If I don't make it out of here alive, please know that I am appreciative for all you've done for myself and the others. This message has taken me a lot of effort to write, as I have no hands to write with. At least be proud of that." He is strict with them but cares about their well-being.

Syringeon is the first and currently only character with a depiction featuring him with brown eyes instead of black eyes. The Givanium Infants mentions Syringeon as their father. The sentence ''Protect the Scepter piece'' on his whiteboard is marked a question mark. This could imply that Syringeon might've lost it. However someone else might've marked it on the whiteboard, instead of Syringeon. Another detail is if you look carefully at one of the surgery bags in Syringeon's surgery chamber, you can notice a piece of paper with text saying ''You are observant'' Fans theorize he is the royal guard of the Queen and/or her scepter. In the ending, when the Syringeon attacked the player because of Flumbo's picture, the Syringeon called Flumbo the devil. Apparently the Syringeon knows everything about Flumbo and Banban and doesn’t want the main character to find out. Judging by the words of Givanium Citizens Syringeon does not quite follow the order of the city. In the Garten of Banban Vll banner, Syringeon has white dots on his eyes, but they are not present in the game itself. Syringeon is the first main antagonist of the game to have a jumpscare.
