is an old friend and senior of Shizuo Heiwajima. He works as a debt collector and is Shizuo's current employer. Who typically has to pay for any damages Shizuo causes, or try to warn people not to piss Shizuo off.

is a underground doctor and a scientist, Shinra is interested in what he considers interesting phenomena, such as Shizuo's strength. He is also childhood friends of Shizuo, being that they went to middle school and highschool together. Shinra is also the reason why Shizuo and Izaya met one another.

Kasuka Heiwajima

is the younger brother of Shizuo Heiwajima. He is a famous actor and his fans know him by his alias Yuuhei Hanejima. While they do not talk as often anymore due to him being busy with his acting career, they still both genuinely care for each other.

Izaya Orihara

is a skilled and powerful underground information broker who claims to love the entire human race except for Shizuo Heiwajima. Izaya and Shizuo shared a passionate hatred for each other, and from nearly the moment they met they tried to kill each other in highschool. Izaya also calls Shizuo 'Shizu-chan' to get under his skin.

Background

Shizuo had a normal life and family. But only till his brother ate his pudding while they were child he had discovered his super human strength. But due to this, he was in and out of hospitals from constantly breaking bones sue to his body being unable to hold the weight of whatever heavy object he lifted from anger. But by his highschool years his bones became strong enough to withstand the weight allowing Shizuo to use his full strength whether he liked it or not. But through his highschool years Izaya made his life hard by sending gangs to fight him or Izaya taunting him. After graduating Shizuo struggled keeping down jobs due to his short temper, but one due to Izaya framing him for a crime he didn't commit. Solidifying his hatred of Izaya. But his old friend Tom gave him a job as a bodyguard later on, now allowing Shizuo to live as comfortably as he can try to.
