At first glance he appears to be a reserved, introverted, observant, calculating, gentlemanly, kind and fair person. He usually takes a while to gain confidence but when he does he becomes quite happy, fun and being with him is always a good time. Sometimes he remains pensive remembering his deceased wife Susan but soon he returns and takes your attention. You must be careful if Sully comes out, it is an evil ender that lives inside Liu. When Liu gets angry, has a traumatic episode, or has alcohol, Sully comes out, making Liu become an aggressive, foul-mouthed, very strong person. Sully doesn't care about any social ties Liu has, if he goes out he will kill/beat/insult and in extreme cases rape the first person he sees or is near him. Historia⁠☆

After Liu's incident with his brother Jeff, he was admitted to the hospital for 6 months. There he met his beloved, nurse Susan Anderson who was caring for Liu as a patient. After leaving the hospital Liu and Susan began dating and a year later Liu asked her to marry him. It was that same night when leaving a restaurant when a killer on a motorcycle shot Susan, causing her death. Liu was already psychologically unwell and had already started killing assassins secretly from Susan, but her death broke her camel's back, he went crazy. With a scalpel he cut out a smile and sewed it on, to show that he was happy when he was not, and with the same needle and red thread, he sewed Susan's date of death on his chest, next to his heart.
