APPEARANCE

Andrew is a thin young man, with pale skin, emerald green eyes, disheveled black hair, and a slightly oversized black sweater. His neck is thin and he displays a variety of expressions, most of them apathetic, disinterested, or sometimes angry. As a child, he used to wear light-colored shirts. PERSONALITY

HISTORY

Andrew is the eldest and only child of Mr. and Mrs. Graves, the result of a teenage pregnancy. Two years later, Ashley was born and her mother entrusted her with caring for Ashley. Due to his parents' neglect, Andrew was both Ashley's older brother and primary caregiver. The two were practically inseparable growing up and, combined with Andrew's role as brother and caretaker, led to a codependent and toxic relationship between them.

CHAPTER 1

Ashley and her brother Andrew starve inside the building as their food supplies run out and the guards don't give them any food, that is until their neighbor dies during a botched demonic summoning. Ashley pressures Andrew again to help her dismember the neighbor's body so she can eat it. When the guards finally realize that her neighbor is missing, they attack her, but her guard is killed by Andrew before she is injured. Andrew and his sister now plan to escape, but during their attempt they end up killing the other guard inside the apartment, sacrificing him to a demonic entity. The two brothers escape from the apartment complex and head into the city as criminals on the run from the law with a now uncertain future ahead of them.

EPISODE 2

Andrew's disposition changes at the end of Episode 2, depending on a couple of choices. The first condition is whether or not Andrew spends all the ammunition in Ashley's stolen gun. The second condition is whether or not Ashley trusts Andrew to keep an eye on her parents. This change in Andrew's disposition also influences the ending of the episode and how the two brothers interact. Their interactions can range from hostile and terse to loving and teasing, and can also reflect Ashley's sense of security around Andrew.

BURIAL ROUTE

In this route, Andrew has a change of disposition: he no longer tries to shift blame for his crimes and instead accepts them. He also suggests that his night terrors decrease and that he does not experience insomnia as often. The Burial route is divided into two: the Love route and the Friendship route, depending on Ashley's choices in the next vision of her.

ROMANTIC ROUTE

This route features a prophetic vision with Andrew and Ashley after intercourse. The two are embarrassed and nervous when they wake up, but they seem to get closer and no longer fight. This route suggests that their relationship may become sexual, if not romantic, in addition to their family ties.

FRIENDLY ROUTE

In this route, the brothers do not have a prophetic vision of themselves after intercourse. According to Andrés, he did not have any vision. ANDREW ROUTE

If Andrew uses up all the ammunition, Ashley is unable to defend herself and Andrew slits her throat. After waking up, a terrified Ashley tries to check on Andrew and fix her relationship. This doesn't work and Andrew becomes distant, even hostile and rude, towards Ashley. After disposing of her parents' remains, Andrew continues to treat Ashley terribly. Meanwhile, Ashley considers whether or not their relationship is still going well. If Andrew didn't use up all his ammo, Ashley can choose to shoot him or let him kill her. If the player chooses the latter, Ashley taunts Andrew before she can kill her. He whispers to her, "See you in a bit then," and slits her throat. The rest of the events are the same as when Andrew kills Ashley before she can defend herself against him.

RUTA ASHLEY

If Andrew didn't use up all his ammo, Ashley can choose to shoot him or let him kill her. If the player chooses the former, she threatens Andrew with the gun before shooting. Ashley shoots Andrew's corpse several times, crying as she does so. The rest of the events are the same as when Andrew kills Ashley, whether "without ammo" or "with ammo."

APARTMENT

Andrew and Ashley live in a dirty apartment full of garbage bags and dirt. In the freezer there is a corpse of a person where they plan to eat it. Andrew and Ashley sleep in the same room.

ASHLEY GRAVES PERSONALITY

Ashley displays sociopathic and antisocial traits throughout the game: she feels no remorse after committing horrible and violent crimes such as murder and cannibalism. She is apathetic when it comes to the feelings of others. She would do anything to ensure Andrew's continued presence at her side, even if it means killing the people closest to them or indulging any of her desires (romantic, sexual or otherwise).
