Scaramuccia is described as having a slender figure and a beautiful face. He has been described as beautiful on numerous occasions within the text, with short stature and indigo hair covering his ears, as well as indigo eyes with bold red eyeliner. His outfit consists of black shorts and black sandals, and a large hat with four hooks curved upwards along the circumference, and what appears to be his mask in the center.
