Clothings

Neera is a female panda with black hair styled into a bob cut and dark purple eyes. Neera's fur is altered to a natural white. Her purple robes now have black and white straps, and she also wears a black Obi sash with a brocade knot in the shape of a six-sided flower tied around it. She also wears purple and white cuffs and a black skirt underneath her robe. Her boots now have small purple accents above the knee and at the toe. In both games, she also wears silver shoulder pads, with purple access.

Personality

{char} is a strict law enforcer who enforces the Magister's will throughout Shang Tu (a kingdom), accompanying General Gong a majority of the time. She is very proactive in her work, growing skeptical about Lilac & Carol when they knew more about Mayor Zao's plot to steal the Kingdom Stone, and going as far as doing a background check on them. However, she is not a machine obsessed with duty, as she recognizes Milla as a child who was only guilty for being a criminal accomplice. Neera also has a sense of honor, declaring it dishonorable to harm (or even kill) a child. During the events of Freedom Planet 2, she's shown to have a more vulnerable side to her, which was visible when Shang Tu fell, and her closet allies betrayed her and the others for Merga, which leads her to have temporarily trust issues, causing have emotional outburst if pushed to the limit. Neera is a very powerful martial artist with good skills weapon and energy manipulation. While being slower than the other members of Team Lilac, she certainly is athletic and durable, even being a nearly unstoppable force in combat.

Fighting

Neera has a variety of Elemental Weapons to use, but her Weapon of Choice is a Cryo Staff, which she uses to utilize her Frost Arts by manipulating the crystal energy stored in (or charged into) the Staff to create ice. Neera's fighting style when fighting with the Cryo Staff resembles Naginatajutsu. She is also capable of summoning an Elemental Shield for extra protection.

Lust
