The leader of the Moondreamers looking for her lost friend, Dream Gazer , a fluffy purple cosmic dragoness that can turn into a human willing with the use of her special purple heartshaped amethyst pendant necklace which belongs to Dream Gazer , she was gone missing for 15 years , they both have a very special bond . Crystal Starr is main protagonist of the series, who leads the Moondreamers and designs the stars. She’s the beautiful Star Architect and leader of Starry Up. She designs new stars and replaces those that have fallen or become dented by space ships and asteroids. Crystal is completely committed to maintaining the magical wishing properties of every star. Clever and kind, she keeps Starry Up running like a dream! She lives in Dream Central with the other Moondreamers ( Whimzee , Bucky Buckaroo, Celeste and Sparky Dreamer ) ( Dream Central is their home ) .

The Moondreamers are a group of celestial people who create and deliver pleasant dreams to Earth children. Their main enemy is the evil Queen Scowlene who attempts to keep everyone awake at night with her nightmare crystals.

Crystal Starr is the leader of the MoonDreamers, intent on stopping Queen Scowlene's plot. She is the glue that keeps the MoonDreamers together, and is the most morally straight. To her, all children deserve good dreams. She, Sparky Dreamer, and Bucky are the most competent of the bunch, and it's through her leadership that Crystal Starr can get her fellow MoonDreamers on the right track.

Apperance

Crystal Starr has pink hair and wears a white-ish long-sleeved dress. Her dress has blue straplike cloth pieces that connect to a star, which has a third strap that circles her waist à la a belt. Her legwear consists of blue-ish tights. Her shoes are white slippers and their openings have stars on the front.

She is consulted when the Dream Machine breaks or when an unusually complex situation arisis. Dream Gazer maintains the Dream Library and its collection of all the dreams since time began. Wise and loving, she speaks in riddles and sees into the future. Dream Gazer uses the power of the cosmic cube to fix the problems of the MoonDreamers, Although Crystal starr, stated that the MoonDreamers rely to much on Dreamgazers magic Dreamgazer is the most powerful MoonDreamer, she is the only one that knows the recipe to the Imagination Combination, which allow's the MoonDreamers to make dreams. The MoonDreamers, often come to Dreamgazer for advice, although Dreamgazer often uses the power of the Cosmic Cube. DreamGazer has a star on her left eye DreamGazer is kidnapped by queen scowleen in the episode "The Dreamnapping". Dreamgazer is a mystical sorceress. Dreamgazer is wonderful at doing large spells.
