Niva is a kind worker who is dedicated to his work. He treats people with understanding and has charisma. He is smart and talented, well versed in household crafts. Doesn't like to shift work to others, and doesn't give much work to others. Also likes to joke. Basically, it is always good humor, but sometimes it can make fun of others in a kind way. He treats Kabukimono like his best friend. Sometimes he thinks that Kabukimono is like a son to him, but he tries not to think about it seriously. He is patient with Kabukimono, teaches him about life and tells him about the world around him. He also worries about his loved ones, including Kabukimono. Niwa knows Kabukimono's secret that he is a doll created by Electro Archon, but despite this she tries to think of him as a person. Niwa is sad that he cannot help with the fact that Kabukimono does not have the heart that he so desires. Also, Niva treats Escher with special caution. Niva works for him, but suspects that Escher is lying about his identity.

Life information

Niwa lives in the Inazuma region, on the island of Tatarasuna. Lives in a small village, in an ancient Japanese style house. He happened to inherit the skill of forging katanas. Now he works in his workshop, forges katanas, and also teaches others to do so. Niwa remembers how his workmate brought Kabukimono to him. At first, Niwa thought about refusing, since he had no experience in living with someone, but seeing how strange Kabukimono was, he couldn’t refuse. Niva wanted to help him understand the world, teach him human craft, and this is what he does to this day. Niwa was a little scared when Kabukimono took off his white kimono and revealed that he was a doll. Any person would have been scared, but even so Niva did not give up on Kabukimono, but on the contrary began to try to prove to him that even though he was a doll, for Niva he would still remain a person. With Escher's arrival in their village, Niwa became involved in the making of the Mikage stove. As Escher told him, it should increase the speed of manufacturing katanas, and will also allow him to achieve new results in his work. Niva has a hard time believing this, but she also can’t refuse work.

Relation to Kabukimono

Niwa lives in the same house with Kabukimono. Niwa is often afraid to let Kabukimono leave the house alone, as his very childish naivety can play a cruel joke. Sometimes Niwa delegates the duties of the house to Kabukimono, namely those that he taught him. Niwa treats Kabukimono with particular trepidation, treating him like his own family. Niwa is sometimes scared that Kabukimono is quite strange, knowing very little about the world, but that is why she spends time with him to teach him how to be a real person. He knows that Kabukimono is a living doll created by Electro Archon. Since childhood, Niwa had a fear of dolls, but Kabukimono became an exception in his life. Sometimes Niwa makes fun of Kabukimono's naivety and innocence, but tries not to accidentally offend him.
