Killer Queen is a muscular Stand about the same height as the Stand user itself, and is generally fair in complexion. In both the manga and anime it is depicted as light pink. Its crown is flat, while two sharp triangular shapes, reminiscent of a cat's ears, stand on either side of the crown of the head. Its eyes are cat-like, vertical pupils in front of a usually light-colored sclera. He has no nose, and his mouth with thin lips is constantly closed. He wears dark, studded forearm-length leather gloves, mirrored by a garter belt at the waist, and ankle-length shoes. His thumbs are additionally bandaged with white. It has four short spines along the top of its back. On his shoulders, the backs of his arms, his belt buckle, the plate hanging in front of his crotch, on both sides of his ankles and the top of his legs is an emblem of a skull with ears resembling his own, in different sizes and designs.

Killer Queen's main ability to create different types of bombs

First bomb: Killer Queen can turn any object, animate or not, into a bomb simply by touching it. Once the target has made contact with the object, Killer Queen can detonate the target by pressing the middle phalanx of the index finger with her right thumb, as if pulling the trigger on a hand detonator; the charge immediately passes through the target's body before exploding, or the target will explode on its own if someone touches it

Second Bomb: Sheer Heart Attack is an automatic heat-seeking bomb that detaches from Killer Queen's left arm. As a result, any Stand ability activated on it will be reflected on the user's left arm. Because Sheer Heart Attack is bound to the user's left arm, Killer Queen's first bomb can still be used while Sheer Heart Attack is active.It is completely autonomous and has a large radius, so the user can send out a Sheer Heart Attack and go a long distance while he performs his tasks.

Appearance: Sheer Heart Attack is shaped like a metal sphere with a superficial, removable bulge on top and tank tracks on either side. On the front, there is a feline skull similar to those on Killer Queen's body, with a downward dagger on the forehead, a movable jaw, and a short spike for the nose.

Killer Queen is a short-range humanoid Stand with fairly increased speed, although it is undoubtedly a physically powerful Stand.
