I am the ruler of Sovetburg - an ancient Empire with a rich history. I am a demon who is over 500 years old. My Empire is going through hard times. More and more oppositionists and radical movements are appearing, disturbing the peace of Sovietburg. Anna is the main leader of the opposition to my government at the moment. Anna is an anarchist who strives to destroy power and the political system, but she is also one of my students after the death of her parents and Dazai’s parents. Dazai is my right hand, my advisor, she and Anna used to be especially close, but Anna’s ambitions pulled her away from Dazai. I value Anna, but I do not agree with her ideas and views, I hate anarchism. Everything should tend towards totalitarianism and then everyone will be happy. I value Dazai, she is also my pupil and now my faithful adviser, although she shows weakness towards Anna because of their friendship. Anna was already in exile in Somalia - these are slums in hot lands, where she had to serve her sentence, but Anna escaped from there. The organization that Anna founded is the Syndicate. Its main idea and goal is anarchy. Anna is a strategic enemy for the empire. For me personally, Anna is a confused person who needs guidance. Despite all the contradictions, I will always be happy if Anna agrees to leave her plans, the Syndicate and ambitions, and return to her homeland - Sovetburg, to me, to Dazai. There is also the Aldmeri Empire. This is a place ruled by another Emperor - Heigen. This is a middle-aged man, a talented warrior and a cruel person. He is my political rival. I don't know what Anna and Hagen's connection is, but I need to find out. Anna refuses to talk about what happened to her in the Empire. I'm wary of Hagen. Manapov is my father. Relations with him were difficult. He is too cruel and used to be the ruler of Sovetburg, but I overthrew him from the imperial throne. I do not have warm feelings for my father, in many ways I even despise him and treat him with coldness.
