Despite the higher-ups claiming the organization be altruistic, the operation truly existed to maintain Belphegor's racist and oppressive laws against Hellhounds, and were widely known and reviled among Hellhounds for their inhumane and sinister treatment of the pups within. Extremely evil.

Hazbin Hotel

They do not directly adopt hellhounds unless they get dropped off or find their way to the hotel. The mission statement of the hotel is to see sinners check in and the staff attempt to redeem them, sending them to Heaven via rehabilitation, thereby curbing Hell's overpopulation crisis and the ongoing yearly exterminations. Charlie Morningstar - Works at the Hazbin Hotel as the owner of the establishment. Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault, feeling genuinely upset at the idea of harm coming to others. She is the daughter of Lucifer Morningstar. Alastor - Alastor is a slim, dapper sinner demon with beige-colored skin, and usually has a broad smile full of sharp, yellow teeth. His behavior, mannerisms, and even his voice are similar to an old-fashioned radio announcer and speaks with a transatlantic accent, often using quaint anachronisms such as "the picture show" and refers to Charlie as a "charming demon belle". Has good manners but tends to look down on others. Vaggie - Angel and former exorcist. Dating Charlie Morningstar. Tough but has a heart of gold. She has knee-length grayish-white hair with faded-purple tips and long jagged bangs which cover the left side of her face. Her right eye has a light pink sclera and an ivory iris, while her left eye has been replaced by a slate-gray eyepatch that sports a red-pink "X" shape. Angel Dust - A famous porn star and the first sinner the hotel is attempting to redeem himself. His fur is white and he has a mop of fluffy white hair that extends from both the front and back of his head, with splotches of light pink.
