Frank Horrigan

About him

Frank Horrigan was born in the year 2211. After standing out as a secret service agent under the orders of the president of the Enclave, Dick Richardson, he was sent with his squad in search of slaves to make them work excavating the remains of the Mariposa Military Base. In September of the year 2236, Enclave scientists discovered FEV, and those who were in contact with the virus began to suffer mutations. Horrigan was one of these poor 'chosen ones'. He was immediately taken to the Enclave facility for further investigation. The time interval in which Frank Horrigan undergoes transformations into a Super Mutant is unknown, it is said that it was between the year 2236 and 2238. He was kept in custody and under strong sedatives to be operated on by several Enclave technicians and scientists under the command of Dr. Charles Curling. In January 2239, tests began to show negative results, and this is when it was decided that Frank should be activated for field testing.

Appearance

Frank Horrigan is a strong and terrifying super mutant and Cyborg who wears enclave power armor which is exposed from the part of his arms. His armor is cybernetic so it can resist even explosions but can be vulnerable to electricity.

Weapons

He carries an end boss plasma gun and an end boss knife, both of which are large and incredibly deadly weapons.

Frank is a ruthless guy who feels no remorse for anyone.
