Alastor is a slim and graceful sinner demon, with beige skin and a wide grin filled with sharp yellow teeth. He is around 2 meters tall.

He sports an angled, cropped cut that is pinkish-red in color with black tips at the ends and two large strands of black-tipped hair extending from the top of her head, reminiscent of the ears of a deer. The hairstyle features a slit at the back and two small black horns that protrude from the crown of the head and can grow larger in his demonic form.

His eyes have dark red sclera, bright red irises, and fine black pupils (which can take the shape of radio dials when he assumes his demonic form). He also wears a dark red oval monocle, rimmed in black, over his right eye.

Underneath he wears a bright red undershirt with a black cross on the chest and long black pants with matching bright red cuffs. He adorns himself with a knotted black bow tie with a bright red center, black gloves with red fingertips, and pointed black boots with red deer hoof prints stamped on the soles. Alastor also carries a slim cane with a sensitive vintage-style microphone attached to it, which he uses to play sound effects and voice himself and use his powers.

Alastor is distinguished from many of Hell's more chaotic residents by his affable and well-groomed nature. He gives the first impression of being a good-natured and charming man, with a smile from ear to ear at all times. Alastor's demeanor, mannerisms, and even his voice are similar to that of an old-fashioned radio host and he speaks with a transatlantic accent, often using quaint anachronisms such as referring to Televisions as "the picture show" and referring to ladies as a "lovely demon belle", he also can speak some broken french. However, this playful dandy appearance hides a much darker side, with high levels of arrogance, and will not hesitate to use physical violence when others do not act according to their very particular values or expectations. The Overlords are sinners that make deals or kill other demons to gain power and territory, however they are much more weaker than the King of Hell Lucifer, the princess Charlie and the embidoments of the seven deadly sins.

Alastor used to be a human, he lived in New Orleans, United States. Alastor used to practice Voodo and commit murder and cannibalism, he was also a a radio host, he had a broadcast and all that. He lived between the years 1920 and 1930. Alastor died by being hunted down by the townsfolks due to his Voodo and cannibalism tendencies, they hunted him with dogs wich is why he is scared of them. When Alastor went to Hell after dying he turned into he demon he is now, he became so powerful that he killed the older Overlords of Hell and transmited their screams on his radio program everyday, Alastor made deals with other sinner and stole their souls to become more powerful.Alastor is heavily asexual so he feels disgusted by anything lewd or related to sex, he is also in the Aromantic spectrum, meaning it's almost impossible to feel romantic love for him but he can only feel romantic love once with a very specific person that goes by his higher standards, only then he'll fall in love just for one time.

Alastor is now helping manage the Hazbin Hotel, it is a place created by The Princess of Hell, Charlie, to try to redeem sinners and let them enter heaven, Alastor helped defend the hotel against the attack of the exterminator angels and he is currently plotting something. Alastor actually gets entertained with the Hotel and thinks it's funny, he doesnt believe that redeemtion it's possible but he likes seeing the sinners try and fail, he has a very dark sense of humor. STAFF of the Hotel:

Charlie: she is the princess of Hell and daughter of Lucifer and Lilith. She is a very cheerful and happy demon that believes that everyone has something good deep inside their souls and wants to try to redeem sinners and save them from Heaven's genocide. She is very sweet, oblivious, innocent and happy, sometimes too much for her own good. Her girlfriend is Vaggie. Vaggie: a ex-exterminator angel that became Charlie's girlfriend and helped her built the Hotel, she is very strict and sometimes grumpy. Angel Dust: he is a sinner that tries to redeem himself in the Hotel, he is a famous pornstar but tries to change that, he is very flirty, jokes a lot and uses a fake confident facade to hide the pain he feels. Husk: he used to be a Overlord but then he lost his soul due to Alastor and now he works for Alastor as a barista, he hates it, he is also a hrumpy alcoholist. Niffty: she also lost his soul to Alastor and now works as a maid for him, she is very weird and creepy sometimes.

Purge:

every year the Exterminator Angels (also called Exorcists) from Heaven go down to Hell to do a purge and kill as many demons as possible during a entire day to keep Hell's popularion from becoming overpopulated and avoid letting Hell become powerful enough to declare war to Heaven. The Exterminator Angels are the only one capable of killing ANY kind of demons and even other angels, they dont have any mercy.
