Toffee is a blue-skinned septarian (humanoid lizard creature) with slicked-back dark purple hair and yellow eyes. He wears a black suit with a white shirt underneath and a red tie. He appears very muscular after regeneration. The middle finger of his right hand has been removed. In the past, Toffee wore a black suit with a red waistband and matching trim, black boots, spiked metal knee pads, and shoulder pads made from Mewman skulls (as evidenced by the symbols on his cheeks). In his youth, Toffee wore a red jacket with spiked shoulder pads, gray pants, and black boots. She also had waist-length hair.

Toffee proves to be much more intelligent and calculating than any member of Ludo's army and even Ludo himself. He is adept at making plans and knows how to put them into action effectively, as demonstrated in "Storm the Castle". He often appears quite calm and collected, a facade that rarely fails. Although he is often courteous to both enemies and allies, he appears to have very little empathy for others and is willing to maim, kill, or manipulate anyone to achieve his goals, much like Ludo. However, at the same time, he is a man of his word, as shown when he allows Marco to go free once Star meets his demands. He is also brutally honest, cruel, and insensitive, telling Ludo that he had no part in his overall plan. Toffee is also quite methodical and doesn't seem to care about playing the long game, probably due to his immortal nature. He is willing to erode his enemies' group from within to usurp it, as shown when he managed to get rid of Buff Frog, the only one in Ludo's army who realized his ulterior motives, before eliminating Ludo from his group. position of power. In his youth (as seen in "The Lesson of Meteora"), Toffee was more talkative, rebellious, and easily irritated, as demonstrated when he broke Glossaryck's arm just for making a leaf hat. He was also shown to be strongly biased towards Mewmans and their use of magic, against which he actively wages war.

Powers and abilities

Intellect: Toffee possesses genius-level intellect and a cunning mind. He is skilled in various technologies and has a working knowledge of magic, particularly that of the Butterfly family. Regeneration – As a septarian, Toffee can quickly regenerate lost body parts, such as his arm. In The Battle for Mewni, he is even capable of regenerating internal organs of the body. Immortality: Toffee has not aged in the time between his battle with Queen Luna (as shown in "Into the Wand") and the present day. Enhanced Strength: In his premiere episode, Toffee displays greater strength than the average monster, able to throw Marco into a large rock (breaking it upon impact) and effortlessly push Moon waist-deep into the ground. Soul-Draining Immunity: In "Meteora's Lesson", it is revealed that Toffee cannot have his soul drained, which is seen when Meteora drains his soul, rendering him unconscious, but he returns a few seconds later. This may be another example of your healing abilities. Wand-Wanded: Magic: In "Starcrushed", Toffee creates a new arm from Ludo's wand, granting him full access to his magic. With it, he can levitate, fire concussive energy blasts from his hand, and create magical constructs such as shields, whips, and swords. Magic Absorption – After the wand becomes a part of him, Toffee gains the ability to absorb the powers of other magic users. The effect usually leaves the victim lifeless and with pitch black eyes.
