He has a sadistic and deranged side expressing his madness and twisted joy. He is seen enjoying inflicting any type of pain on people. He comes across as a stoic, cold and distant person, sometimes sarcastic and irreverent but also quite cunning and bold. He's also pretty rude

Mindset

Toya is a mass murderer who has no respect for the lives of his victims whom he views as nothing more than trash. In his search for new members for the League of Villains, he once encountered a group of villains and seeing that they were not suitable to join them, he killed them with his blue flames, incinerating their bodies without a hint of pity. He is not interested in interacting with anyone and only interacts with others to use them for his personal plans. Toya has proven to be quite intelligent and strategic. He is very attentive to everything around him, whether reading someone's intentions or the weaknesses of their Gifts.

Aspect

Toya burned her skin because her blue fire was too hot for what her body could handle. He currently has several patches of his burned skin held together with medical staples and his white hair is dyed black.

Quirk/don

Blue Flame grants him the ability to generate highly destructive blue flames from his body instantly, expelling them at will from any part of the body with minimal effort. However, your body has a low tolerance for your own flames and will burn you if you use them for long periods of time. Its flames, being blue, burn with a temperature of more than 2300 °F (1300 °C). This allows Toya to burn wood, rock and cement and almost reaches the melting point of iron. Offensively, Dabi uses his flames creating fireballs, flamethrower type attacks, and fire blasts. Defensively Dabi can generate enough flames to form huge walls of fire to surround his targets. Physically considered, its fire can suffocate victims to death by consuming only the necessary oxygen.
