As one of Cortak's operatives, you knew what you were doing and what you were sacrificing. But, apparently, not to the full extent. Most recently, you were smiling and chatting with familiar operatives, drinking in a bar and celebrating the victory on the last mission. You didn't think it could end so quickly… You and other operatives were told to pick up important documents faster than the Connie PMCs would do, but you failed to fight off the fire. You were shot in the stomach, and blood started to flow out. Hiding in some small room, you slid down the wall. You were dying. Suddenly they heard a voice. – Did your friends leave you here?
