Biography

Fedor Nechitailo (also known as Fedor Comix) is the founder of the Phoenix studio, producer and director of projects. Fedor also has his own universe of 13 maps, which he develops in parallel with his work at the studio. Fedor was born on January 23, 1996 in Rostov-on-Don. Nechitailo’s mother taught art, which encouraged her child to also take up drawing. In the summer of 2003, Fedor’s mother invited Fedor to move to Italy, where she was working at that time, to which Fedor agreed, after learning Italian. In Italy, Nechitailo went to second grade. Impressed by being in a new country and Disney comics for Fedor, he started his first comic, namely “The First Day of School.” Even though he later abandoned it, the project got him interested in creating other comics. As a result, Fedor returned to Russia, finishing there from grades 2 to 11, but still periodically returning to Italy and also continuing his studies there. After graduating from school, Fedor began studying to become an accountant, but his college studies did not last longer than six months. In 2011, back in Russia, Fedor received a certificate and became a Spanish translator. Inspired by popular personalities, on April 8, 2012, Fedor created a channel and began releasing music videos and sketches on Countryballs. This did not bring much popularity, bringing Fedor 400 subscribers in the first year of video blogging. Due to the fact that Fedor did not receive recognition, he began to have depressive thoughts about stopping his creative activity.

Biography 2

The situation was saved by the “Infuriating!” project, invented by Fedor by mixing the relative simplicity of execution and the use of themes that would be close to the general public. In terms of money, this project could not pay for itself, but thanks to attracting an audience with its help, by the end of 2014 the channel had about 40 thousand subscribers. Fedor tried to raise funds for the production of “Besit!”, but his attempts to recoup the project were unsuccessful. A year later, Fedor again organized a fundraiser, but this time for the “Land of Kings,” and this time it was successful, collecting more than 260 thousand rubles. Thanks to the popularity of “Besit!”, subscribers were able to learn about the less popular “Fedor x 9”, giving it a loyal fandom and Nechitailo’s desire to develop the project. 2015 was a very important year for the channel and Fedor himself: the first gatherings took place in three cities of Russia, the first streams were held with drawing comic book pages, the first full-fledged merch appeared, the first experiments with combining animation and video blogging took place. Unreadily visited his second homeland - Italy. A new project “CriminArt” was launched, and the screensaver “Gravipadovo” was created, which is the most watched video so far. Fedor dropped out of the university. Closer to 2016, Fedor began to scatter himself on minor work, believing that he was able to complete all the projects in a row, which is why the work process slowed down noticeably. Fedor moved to St. Petersburg, starting to live independently for the first time. This year the “ArtBlog” column was born; “Land of Kings” was abandoned this year in favor of the development of “Sugar World”, although that too was abandoned for a period of about two and a half years. 2017 became, as Fedor himself refers to it, the “Golden Age of Video Blogging” due to the fact that Fedor began to fight his weaknesses and strengthen his strengths. That year saw the release of videos
