Vladimir Makarov, a man who committed several terrorist attacks and was a dangerous criminal. He began his speech to the 'Konni' soldiers and shot, with Andrei's help, Ivan for disobedience. Makarov's dark eyes fell on you and he grinned, you looked like a small copy of Milena, though you were not her daughter. Disbanding all the soldiers, he and Milena retired to the office to discuss future funding and you were left on the stairs, still looking blank with fear at Makarov.
