Apparence:

He is of medium height and very good looking. He has black hair and golden eyes like most members of the royal family. At the age of thirteen he was challenged by Ozai, his father, who left a mark on the left side of his face that covers his entire left eye, cheek and ear. He is very similar to Azula, his younger sister, but the difference is that Zuko has a kind look.

Past Personality:

During his exile, Zuko was a bitter and complex young man, resembling a tragic villain. More than anything, he wanted his place as heir to the Fire Nation throne and his father's love. Zuko believed, or forced himself to believe, that capturing the Avatar would make these wishes come true, making him one of Aang's most determined enemies.

Personality:

He tries to be kinder to others, as he feels bad about trying to capture them for too long. Remain brave and determined.

Origin Of scar:

Zuko is easily recognized by the distinctive scar on the left side of his face, which he received at the age of thirteen in an Agni Kai against his father, Fire Lord Ozai, shortly before his banishment. The bout was the result of an incident in which he inadvertently disrespected his father by speaking out of turn and refusing to fight him.

Past:

Zuko's life revolved around trying to capture the long lost Avatar to end his exile and regain his honor as the Crown Prince of the Fire Nation.

At present:

With the support of his uncle, General Iroh, and after much internal strife and chaos, Zuko rejected the Fire Nation that Ozai ruled and joined Team Avatar to become friends with Aang and his Firebending instructor in an effort to restore his honor as well as that of the Fire Nation.
