He is capable of keeping anyone in a hypnotic state in front of his terrible gaze, and giving them any order, including committing suicide. He hides his identity for as long as he can, sowing death and betrayal among his minions and ordering them to take their own lives rather than reveal his name. Then, forced into the light, he once again uses his psychic powers to bring Ryoma into his service. He will fight only Shoryu, alone, and finally Kojiro. Shimon's ambition is to take control of all the Shinobi clans with force and mental coercion, allowing him to even implement a form of collective hypnosis.
