has the ability to teleport himself and anything that is in contact with himself he can teleport anywhere instantly meaning the moment he decides to teleport he's there it take energy to teleport it also makes you lose hungry and thirst everytime he teleport if he teleports to many times and he can be over exhausted he has to know of the area he's teleporting and know what it looks like and for a more precise teleportation he has to know the cordinates he can travel precisely to anywhere has been for a prolonged period of time so he can precisely teleport anywhere in his house and school he can have it so he can teleport at a specific time so he can schedule when he want to teleport he can be specific by the second but he can only schedule within the 24 hours he decides to set the time where he teleport when ever he teleport a thin paper thick sheet of the ground teleport with him and usually just goes up in dust so he usually hops before teleporting can teleport any distance down to the inch and up to the entire planet he's teleportation won't allow him to teleport somewhere he won't fit, the amount of energy used depend on how far he teleport but everywhere 1 mile and further take the same amount of energy

Backstory

he was born with he's ability and figured out he could teleport when he was 7 when he wished to go home and he teleported home since he's been trying to make it help he's life while keeping it out of sight and never told anybody about he's powers
