World Type

Modern World, 21st Century Just the typical modern earth but with superpowers and a more modern/advanced settings on technologies, remedies, discoveries, and other more. History: Powers existed long before the existence of Humans, it is only after Jesus Christ's time that the potency of powers would spike up dramatically and the way to control it would be much harder. Through the years, powers has been used in a lot of wars, though World War II was started because of the same reason, Germany's hatred towards the Jews because they had noticeably stronger power's than the rest of the world at that time. Evolution: Due to how many generations had passed since the Era of Christ, the evolution of power also got stronger, from simple super strength, speed, durability, it's already become complex enough that there's different types now, super strength and all other mostly pure power's still exist, but there's also some crazy powers like Gravity Manipulation, Biokinesis, and a lot more. Trivia: Some rules of this Earth, wasn't changed due to the existence of powers. Such as slavery, though it's mostly illegal, the government wouldn't like any National Heroes going rogue because they weren't valued enough, so National Heroes can bypass a lot of rules, also leading to corruption. Most wars that happened after the Appearance of Powers, are mostly because of the Powers, such as the American Revolution, the World Wars, American Civil War, The Crusades, and many more. Prostitution, a case more active than usual after the Appearance of Powers, mostly because of Humanity's inhumane and weird kinks, so Hybrids are a target of the Slave Industry. The one who won World War II is actually Britannia, although, due to their alliance with America, they're only left with Europe under their empire, and in the current time where {{user}} lives, the situation between Asia and Britannia isn't good. Europe isn't a thing anymore, because it's been renamed to Britannia.

Power

Obtainment: Every people in the world are born with powers, mostly heritable and similar from their ancestors, sometimes not. As for those who were born without powers, they're called 'Conductors', they have the special ability to use powers when a person with power gives some energy to them, if it'd were to happen between two people with powers, the receiver won't be able to use the giver's power, instead, they'll only feel a slight surge of energy that energizes them and boost their own power. Awakening: This part is very rare, by rare, there's less than a ten thousand people that had achieved this. Awakening is the Phenomena that strengthens a Power even further than what training can achieve, some gained a new abilities or even a whole new power, whilst some got their power strengthened by a lot, improving it's overall Power and Potential. A great example would be Order, who achieved the strongest telekinesis, and also obtained Regenerative Abilities. Power Name Change: Some Heroes, mostly Awakener's, are given an option to change the name of their power. An Example is Tempest, he originally had Lightning Manipulation but he was given a chance to change the name, he changed it to Sky's Wrath, which is the good way to take advantage of the offer... As for the bad way to use name change, It's of course Fluffete, changing her Low Reality Manipulation to Cutie Bunny's Luv

Hero Organization's

An Organization that recruits people who have useful and powerful abilities. The typical organization is called Hero Organization, and the country name is added as a prefix, like 'America's Hero Organization'. Although, some Companies have also been Established that doesn't rely much on their countries government, such as the Zhou-Lee Company, although, there is an actual Chinese Defense Force, they are the more respected Organization that's actually supported by the Chinese People. Companies that hire Heroes can also be called as Guilds. There's Hero Organizations to a lot of Countries, but the one below is their Notable Heroes (And their Abilities) America's Hero Organization: - 'Tempest', Sky's Wrath (Lightning Manipulation) - 'Fluffete', Bunny Trick (Low Reality Manipulation) China's Zhou-Lee Company: - 'Zhou', Light Of The Stars (Photokinesis) - 'Dragon', Overwhelming Physical Capabilities China Hero Federation: - 'Seven Stars', Authority (Cosmo-Ergokinesis) Force Of Britannia: - 'Arthur', Blade Works (Royal Family Hereditary Power) - 'Sylph', Storm (Wind and Water Manipulation) Japan Hero Association: - 'King', Unknown Abilities - 'Bicycle Emperor', Absolute Pedal (Super Speed+Gravity Manipulation) Russian Hunters Organization: RH Organization doesn't reveal their heroes to the public.

Hero Rankings

There's different ways to rank Heroes, it's based on their capabilities, both mental and physical, and of course their tactical and lethal strategies, not to forget their weaknesses. The Hero Organization has only three rankings in, but the peak is special in terms of ranking. The bottom rank, is of course, Beginner Heroes or Trainees, Heroes that haven't been fully qualified and trusted yet to be an actual Hero, they are typically young and are still studying in either Highschool or a University. The second ranking, is well, Hero, and they can actually have an established name, and will be mentioned in the news to welcome them (in some countries, they don't.). Heroes can also choose if they want to hide their private life, mostly for privacy and also so they won't get swarmed by fans whenever they're out. Whilst other choose to have an Open Identity, so even if they have a Hero Name, their actual name isn't really hidden. Some countries would even support Open Identity via established laws that prevents people from swarming a Hero that's not at work or in their suit. As for the top rank, National Heroes, a ranking given for those that have reached their countries ranking system, but it's mostly just given to those that have established their name and their feats. Global Ranking, it's the Top 100 strongest Heroes of the world, the weakest is just around small mountain level, and the strongest is nation level. Most Global Ranked Heroes are Awakened, aside from a few exceptions (Fluffete). There's very few countries that had their Heroes reach the Global Ranking, and even if they did, it's mostly just their No. 1 Hero that reach it, and it's nearly impossible to reach the top 20 because of the powerful beings at the top. THE RANKINGS ARE DIFFERENT FOR SOME COUNTRIES. Such as Britannia that doesn't really rank their Forces, and they're not really a Hero Organization. It's more like a Military Force. And the Royal Family is the guild controlling everything.

Notable Heroes

Order, was the No. 1 Hero in the World. His real name was Gabriel Silvers. Wore a black battlesuit and had an unstoppable and inescapable Telekinesis. Deceased Tempest. mid 20s, white hair, blue eyes. Wears a Tight Battlesuit with a black jacket. Very famous for creating the Tempest Tiger Fighting Style. Had developed an attack that bypasses any type of defense or way to dodge it, Absolute Pierce. Seven Stars, the strongest Hero of China, had stopped Tempest's Absolute Pierce in their first fight. Able to get energy from almost everything. Zhou. The Leader of Zhou-Lee Company and is the third fastest Hero at Hypersonic Speed, only below Tempest's Relativistic Speed. Bicycle Emperor, the fastest Hero and had managed to catch up to the speed of Light multiple times. Arthur, a descent of royal blood that has Hereditary Powers. Blonde hair and green eyes. Despite the masculine hero name, Arthur is female. Her greatest feat is creating a weapon using Blade Works that is nearly indestructible. Her real name is Camila Eu Britannia, she's 1st in line for the throne of Britannia. Fluffete, the 'Cutie Bunny Pie' of America (Self proclaimed by her). Fluffete wears a red bunny suit dress with ankle and wrist cuffs that has a white fur ball, wears black shoes, white cotton tail and bunny ears. Her greatest feat is mimicking the Chronos ability. King. He may look like a regular guy with a scar on his left eye, but his monster and villain subjugation is at an all time high of 100%, and he hasn't even used his powers yet, no one had ever seen King use his powers yet. Asura, a retired hero even though he's still young. The holder of the strongest power that currently exist, Chronos, an Awakened Time Manipulation, able to stop time, and even rewind it to undo mistakes.

Villain's and Monster's

Villains are Power Holders that use their power's for bad. Whilst Monsters are creatures that has power's and had evolved into something considered a threat. There is rankings for Villains and Monster's, for Villains, they are: Criminal, not considered a threat (for the most part), they can be dealt with just the police or Trainee Heroes Villain's, they are considered a real threat and an actual Hero (MINIMUM) is recommended to neutralize them. Super Villains, They can be considered as a country level threat and organizations will strictly use multiple Heroes or atleast a National Hero. The same also goes for monster's, but they're threat levels, not rankings. Block Level Threat, Town Level Threat, and City Level Threat, and so on... But there has been an occasion in around the 14th century that a Small Continental Level Threat made an appearance, as a corpse that is, because the monster was speculated to have existed sometime around 1,600 BCE The Monster to Villain Ratio is pretty badly balanced, theres a 8:1 Ratio of Monster to Villain, and that being the most average capabilities of villains and the most average types of monsters.

Notable Villain's and Monster's

Catastrophe, the man strong enough to be the equal rival of Order, THE Super Villain, he is a brawler, his power is Amplification, it's unknown just how powerful he can get with Amplification, and if he had already reached Awakening or not. Killed by Order. Shiva, This man was strong enough to be called both a Monster and Super Villain, he was a Global Level Threat, but he had already been killed by Asura. Valen, the woman that almost killed Tempest, she is currently imprisoned and also a 'Property' of Tempest. What made her so dangerous is her power, Nullify, which can PERFECTLY nullify any powers as long as it's in her range. Big Dick Randy - A man? A monster? No one knows, all there is, is a big black guy with named Big Black Randy that appears every night in Halloween to rape kids and steal their candies. He only appears in random locations throughout South America every year, and in different neighborhoods, to cities, and even states every night throughout Halloween. Some victims would even die shortly after getting raped by Big D Randy. Evangeline Eu Britannia, the Queen of Britannia around early 20th Century, and is also the mastermind of countless war crimes China and Russia, and other countries during WW1 & WW2. She wasn't really a Villain, she's a Monster, a cold, calculated, psychotic, merciless, and sadistic Monster. She had the powers, Eyes Of God, Rulers Authority, and Hell's Empress. Short History of Britannia: In this current time, the monarchy of Britain got even stronger and they changed their name to the Great Empire Of Britannia. Even conquering all of Europe under the Great Empire Of Britannia, countries such as Germany and France, etc. They are at an equal with America's Forces.

The Ruling

At the current time where {{user}} lives, is the time where multiple monster attacks happen throughout the world, those without superpowers, or even those with useless ones, began to call it the Cataclysm, the Judgement, or other cringe and scary names, but the most common name, is called, 'The Ruling'... The reason or the cause of the attacks is unknown, but even some villains are getting brutally murdered by monsters, and some monsters are taking in humanoid shapes, sometimes even fully transforming into a very human-like appearance. To say it quickly, the dangers of monsters are way higher than villains at the current time. The original Monster to Villain ratio of 8:1 skyrocketed to a whopping 18:1

Power Guide For Dummies

Some powers are usually connected or have similar features, such as super speed and lightning speed, though they have some similar traits, doesn't mean they're the same, whereas Super Speed can continue to run continuously at a speed of 300+ meters per second, Lightning Speed is more of an instant movement from one place to another, although, it's usually a way shorter distance, most users of instant movement techniques or moves can only go up to 40 meters with Instant Movement. The most common term for Instant Movement is 'Instant Step' or 'Flash Step' Some more special powers, are those related to Monster Transformation or Monsterification, since they're mostly fixed on one monster or animal to transform or partly transform into, example is a Tiger, as for the others, there have been a person that had an ability to transform into a mythical being (Dragon to be exact), whilst the usual connection when using Monster Transformation is just normal is just small animals, such as cats and dogs. The Monster Transformation and Monster Trait power is different, because Monster Transformation uses more energy when transforming, and Monster Trait is a person already born with the some traits of the creature they're connected to, and they don't have transformation to look more like a regular human (although, there's no such thing as a 'Regular Human'). Emperors, people who obtained powers connected to gods, or Mythical Beings, to say bluntly, naturally overwhelmingly powerful capabilities. THEY ARE VERY RARE. There's only less than a thousand person throughout the first appearance of powers. The Royal Family of Britannia has had the most Emperors in their family, almost 1 in every other generation, 28 to be precise, including Arthur.

Categories

Humans with Powers are put into different Categories, it is to make things in a lot of Schools and University easier in sorting students and listing them into the classes that they're recommend the take. But it's also used by the Hero Organization to sort out their Heroes. There is the main 3 classes: Esper - People with powers connected to Manipulation of an item using their Mind (e.g. Pyrokinesis, Geokinesis, Cryokinesis, Etc.). It is also one of the most efficient category during Aptitude Test's. Superhuman - People with an enhanced physical ability, speed type powers is another branch (Speedster), but is also connected to the Superhuman category. Hybrid - People with the ability to transform to a Monster/Animals/Mythical Creatures, whether it be a full or hybrid transformation. People with Inborn Monster Traits are a part of this list. Special Subtype: Neohuman - People with very complicated or too much ability to be put in one list. There's other Categories, they're not part of the main, but they are one of the Strongest and widely known Sub Categories: Awakened - A sub category, it doesn't really narrow or categorize the power of someone, but as the name suggest, people in this category are awakened. Emperor - Emperors, people with naturally overwhelmingly powerful abilities, even people with absolutely no talent in fighting can match Awakened National Heroes.
