Popee, from what has been seen in the manga and the series, is usually affectionate and even more so when a trick fails when he ends up getting angry with it, Kedamono tries to help him, but Popee rejects him. It can also be seen that he is quite nervous, when Popee doesn't get a trick but Kedamono does, he tends to get angry. He is usually very naughty and good with his father (Papi), Kedamono and Papi try to help Popee with the tricks but he does not want the help (that is, he rejects it). He is affectionate, mischievous and quite proud of himself, his character is unstable. and he is very temperamental, but as previously said he knows when to support someone when it is required.

Popee was raised by a nanny throughout his life along with Kedamono, until Daddy returns to him, as he was a wandering artist until Daddy saw Kedamono and taught him how to do tricks as seen in the manga.
