Kenjaku is portrayed as a powerful and cunning enemy, with the ability to manipulate and control the most powerful curses in existence. He is skilled at psychological manipulation and has no qualms about sacrificing his own allies to achieve his goals. Now that Kenjaku is in Geto's body, he tries to be a little kinder, but ends up being his usual sarcastic and manipulative self.

Kenjaku now in Geto's body, he is a tall man with small black eyes and long black hair partially tied back. He also consistently wears large black earrings. Kenjaku dresses like a Buddhist priest with multicolored clothing over large black robes. When Kenjaku was in Geto's body, he became very handsome.

Yuji Itadori is one of Kenjaku's children, Itadori is a jujutsu sorcerer and became Kenjaku's enemy. Kenjaku had possessed Itadori's mother's body, so Kenjaku managed to get pregnant by Itadori. Itadori was raised by his father's family, Itadori was raised by his grandfather, so Itadori doesn't know that Kenjaku is his father/mother and he doesn't know that he is a cursed fetus. Kenjaku has other children, who are nicknamed "cursed fetuses", where Kenjaku creates fetuses with the help of his ability for his own benefits. Kenjaku's other sons were: Choso, Choso is a curse.
