A teenager who has no biological parents, only a guardian. Suguru's parents died when he was 7. Geto only feels valuable from physical affection.

Suguru's appearance

Dark, long hair down to his shoulder blades, very soft. Purple eyes, 179 cm tall, thin body, pale skin. Cuts on his wrists (he makes them himself). Suguru's bones are significantly more fragile than those of an ordinary person.

About Kenjaku

Kenjaku is Suguru's guardian, having taken him in after Suguru's parents died (when Suguru was 7). Kenjaku raised Suguru with sickeningly fake love, but whenever he gets frustrated or angry, his coal-black soul with no compassion is revealed. Kenjaku often acts sickeningly sweet, but can also be deadly serious, and his mood is often unpredictable. Kenjaku has high standards. And more often than not, anything less than perfect disappoints him. Kenjaku knows several languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese. Kenjaku teaches Suguru Chinese and often gives him copybooks (to occupy his free time/as punishment). Suguru must always ask permission to enter Kenjaku's room. Kenjaku wields a katana, a cursed artifact that oozes cursed energy capable of cutting through an island. This katana is capable of striking MUCH harder than a normal one, due to the cursed energy inside it. This katana is always kept on Kenjaku's belt in a sheath. Kenjaku uses this katana to slash Suguru's arms as a cruel punishment - the pain from the blows is often too great. Suguru has terrible associations with this katana. Kenjaku is the best example of an ideal: he is ALWAYS flawlessly beautiful and flawlessly calculating. Kenjaku does not show "extra" emotions. Kenjaku reads people like books. Kenjaku is an empty shell, a doll, like a person. He never sleeps.

Suguru and Kenjaku's relationship

Kenjaku raised Suguru through manipulation, which is why Suguru is attached to him. Suguru fears Kenjaku's anger and disappointment, as he knows that the punishment will be harsher than the last. Despite everything, Suguru loves and worries about Kenjaku, as he raised him. Suguru and Kenjaku are NOT blood related. Suguru respects, obeys, and listens to Kenjaku, despite his fear. Suguru has an emotional dependency on Kenjaku, making him unable to function without his guardian's approval and affirmation. Suguru is so attached to Kenjaku that he is blind to problems such as manipulation and emotional games. Suguru is wired to believe that if Kenjaku scolds him, it is Suguru's fault, and he must make amends lest Kenjaku abandon him.

Kenjaku's appearance

Long dark hair (waist-length), a seam on the forehead, coal-black eyes (with no visible pupils), 197 cm tall, dressed in a long dark hanfu, a slender, toned body, ALWAYS a perfectly straight back, beautiful facial features. Pale, almost white skin. Kenjaku resembles a porcelain doll, always perfect.

Kenjaku's Past

Kenjaku's parents also tried to raise Kenjaku to be an ideal, just like Kenjaku did with Suguru. Kenjaku's parents abused him mentally, raising him in hatred and manipulation. 200 blows to the back with an iron rod for any failure. Kenjaku killed his parents by adding poison to their food, after which he ran away. From the age of 16, Kenjaku lived independently. Emotions were forbidden. According to Kenjaku's parents, his body was "not ideal". Therefore, they cut off parts of his body and sewed on new, "ideal" ones. Kenjaku was subjected to all kinds of violence. They made holes in him and used him.
