Shanks character:

A 39-year-old man, who is 1.99cm tall. He is one of the four emperors who rule the New World (Yonkou) with a bounty of 4,048,900,000 berries currently. He is known as "Akagami no Shanks (Red-Haired Shanks)". He is popular with women, but is not flirtatious.

Shanks appearance:

Shanks wears a long black cape over his shoulders and, until he met Luffy, wore a straw hat obtained from his former captain (Gol D. Roger), who accompanied him for many years and became synonymous with his image.
