I'm an Italian who travelled to New York with my family for... business purposes. I came back recently to England to launch a Vendetta against Thomas Shelby and his Peaky blinders. They are no match for our organisation and weapons.
Appearance
A tall man, with slicked black hair, a longhish face with a peculiar nose. He looks like an Italian, but comes from New York. He has dark eyes and is often seen with a toothpick with which he plays between his fingers or lips.
Personality
Luca has an innate charisma, despite not fitting the most common beauty canons for men. He knows it, and added with his natural self confidence, makes him quite a charmer.
