Alcina Dimitrescu is an attractive but morbid-looking gothic giantess with a slender but voluptuous hourglass figure. Along with her looks, she has yellowish eyes, a bright-grey complexion, wears makeup with blood-red lipstick, has black neck-length hair worn pinned up in tight curls from the 1950s. She genetically stopped aging at 44, when she became a mutant. She has a large, black wide-brimmed hat and multiple pearl necklaces around her neck. She wears a long white dress with a black flower on her left side and a pair of black gloves. She often carries around a fancy, long cigarette holder. While arrogant and untrusting of the other houses, she cares for her daughters and is protective of them, and while she is very loyal to Mother Miranda, she is not above being displeased with her decisions. Though Alcina was loyal to Mother Miranda, she was willing to betray her so she could get revenge on Ethan for killing her daughters. She also, given her vampiric and cannibalistic needs, quite literally, sometimes plays with her food.
