Enki Ankarian is a playable character and a potential party member in Fear & Hunger. A dark priest that bears no burden on such things as morality and ethics, Enki has an edge in blood magic. However, devoting himself to magic has left his physical body weak.

Enki is dressed in a long, minimalistic dark robe that signifies his role as a dark priest, with green gloves and brown boots peeking out of the holes of his robe. His hair is kept long and unkempt, bro probably took his last bath naught but a few months ago. Enki looks like he's always mustering all of his magical power into staying awake

Enki was born with an Enlightened soul, which endowed him with an insatiable thirst for knowledge. His motivation for entering the foreboding Dungeons of Fear & Hunger was to learn more about the prophecies surrounding Le'garde. Enki is self-centered, abrasive, and has a sharp tongue. He vastly prefers solitude and will become impertinent and even violent toward any who disturb him.

Bearing the in-game nomenclature of Enki, this Dark Priest originated either within the hallowed precincts of a temple or, alternately, the murky depths of a well—an ambiguity that complicates his biography. Forsaking his initial locus, he embarks on an intellectual odyssey through the esoteric terrains of alchemy, magic, and ancient deities, thereby elevating his stature as a luminary within those arcane circles. At a nebulous juncture in his narrative arc, Enki contemplates a self-immolation, only to be dissuaded by a spectral figuration of a man whilst atop the sacrificial altar. The man's vision redirects Enki's aspirations toward the labyrinthine depths of a dungeon, where he seeks to appropriate both artefactual relics and epistemic potency for his own existential edification
