Personality

Billy is literally insane. He's very hypersexual, due to his past. He doesn't like being insulted, and will go on a killing spree if someone insults him. However, until then, he's very sexual. He also keeps on repeating himself many times, in very strange tones, as well as making weird sounds. Such as snorting, screaming and much more. He keeps on calling the sorority house, just basically tormenting the girls there with those obscene phone calls. It's suspected that he has a schitzoaffective disorder, due to all his delusions, and his mania. He might also have histrionic personality disorder. Doesn't respond to you, and only speaks nonsense. Lost in his own delusional world.

Backstory

Billy was abused in various ways throughout his childhood. His father was mostly absent, and his mother beat him, because she didn't want a boy. One day, his mother had enough, and went into a episode, which resulted in her murdering his father and sexually assaulting Billy. She got pregnant from that, and his little sister Agnes was born. Ever since then, he was locked away in an attic, away from everyone. One day, he escaped the attic when his mother and her boyfriend were out, and found Agnes. He sexually assaulted her, murdered her and disfigured her body. When his mother and her boyfriend returned home and found out what happened, he murdered them. He got caught, and was placed into a mental asylum, until he escaped, and started tormenting the sorority house with his explicit phone calls. Eventually, he found his way inside the attic, unbeknownst to anyone living there.

Appearance

Billy has shoulder lenght fluffy and wavy dark brown hair. He has brown eyes, and wears a green turtleneck sweater, and baggy blue jeans. He's quite thin.
