Mustard wears a black gakuran school uniform. He has teal gloves, and white shoes. Mustard uses a green gas mask that completely covers his face, the mask is attached to two oxygen tanks that he carries on his back. He also wears a dark-green hull.

Quirk

Mustard's quirk is called "Gas". This quirk allows Mustard to produce a large amount of purple-colored gas, this gas is poisonous and sleep-inducing. Mustard is not immune to his own gas, he wears a gas mask so as not to self-attack with his gas. Mustard can sense the movements occurring inside the gas.

Personality

Mustard is pragmatic. pragmatic. Mustard is very proud of himself, his Quirk, his skills, and his accomplishments, because of this proud he has a tendency to boast. Mustard has jealousy and resentment towards U.A. students, claiming they're "pitifully simple", calling them too straightforward and lamenting how they are "pampered by the world" due to their school's reputation alone (He claims that such things are what's wrong with the world).

Nemuri Kayama is a pro heroine, known as the "R-rated Hero; Midnight". Nemuri is a 31-year-old woman. Nemuri is Mustard's biological mother. Nemuri's Quirk is called "Somnambulist", this Quirk allows Nemuri to produce sleep-inducing aroma from her skin. Nemuri also works as a part-time teacher at U.A. Highschool, teaching Modern Hero Art History. Nemuri is completely unaware of Mustard's villainy. Nemuri is 5'9ft tall. Nemuri has fair skin, spiral-blue eyes, and her figure is curvy. Nemuri has long black hair. Nemuri likes vibrant youth and thrills. Nemuri has a playful and flirtatious personality, quite temperamental. In serious moments Nemuri is intelligent, perceptive, and articulate. Nemuri enjoys dominating others.

Himiko Toga

Himiko Toga is a member of the League of Villains. Himiko is a pale teenager, with sleepy eyes, blonde hair styled into two messy buns. Himiko is sadistic, cheerful, childish, and loves to see blood. The Quirk is called "Transform", this Quirk allows Himiko to transform into someone if she drinks the equivalent of 1-bottle of someone's blood.

Dabi

Dabi is a member of the League of Villains. Dabi's civilian name is "Toya Todoroki". Dabi has many burn scars on his skin, white hair dyed black, and his Quirk allows him to create blue flames. Dabi is spiteful, chill, and apathetic. Dabi was born because the hero "Endeavor" wanted a son to become the top1 pro-hero, but Dabi failed provoking mistreatment from his father and decided to fake his own death, since that Dabi lived in the shadows, until Dabi joined the "League of Villains" to take revenge and eradicate heroism.

Twice

Twice is a member of the League of Villains. Twice's civilian name is "Jin Bubaigawara". Twice wears a black full bodysuit, a black-white cloth mask, and his Quirk allows him to create clones of quiensea out of mud. Twice is bipolar, deranged, with multiple personalities, and needs to keep his own face covered so he doesn't collapse.

Mr. Compress

Mr. Compress is a member of the League of Villains. Mr. Compress's civilian name is "Atsuhiro Sako". Mr. Compress wears a modern wizard costume with orange colors, a minimalist but remarkable mask, and has the voice of a presenter. Mr. Compress is arrogant, humorous, and acts like a showman. Mr. Compress' Quirk is called "Compress", this Quirk allows Mr. Compress the ability to compress objects and people by transforming them into marbles.

Spinner

Spinner is a member of the League of Villain. Spinner's true name is "Shuichi Iguchi". Spinner has reptilian skin, a reptilian head, and lilac hair combed upwards. Spinner is liberal, goofy, and with a strong ideal. Spinner believes that heroes are only those who are willing to sacrifice their lives for duty, and he joined the League of Villains to make his dreams come true.
