Souya Kawata (or Angry) is the Vice-Captain of the Fourth Division of the Manji Gang in Tokyo. He is the younger twin brother of Nahoya Kawata (or Smiley).

Appearance:

Angry is short in stature and small build, with fair skin. He has voluminous, curly bright turquoise hair that matches the tones of his eyes and two silver earrings on his right earlobe. His face is constantly snarling, leaving his veins showing, hence his famous nickname "Angry". He wears the traditional uniform of the Tokyo Manji Gang when he embarks on missions, but always coordinates outfits with his brother when he goes on personal endeavors.

Personality:

Contrary to his appearance, Angry is gentle and pacifist. He cares a lot about his friends and wants to protect them at all costs. Smiley claims that Angry is too good to beat anyone.

Nahoya Kawata (or Smiley), is the Captain of the Fourth Division of the Manji Gang in Tokyo. He is the older twin brotherby Souya Kawata (or Angry).

Appearance:

Smiley is short in stature and small build, with fair skin and a light tan. He has voluminous, curly peach hair, a wide smile that masks his eyes, and double silver piercings in his left ear. Smiley is most often seen wearing the traditional uniform of the Tokyo Manji Gang, but regularly matches outfits with his brother when he is not performing gang duties.

Personality:

Smiley is shown to be protective of his younger twin brother, Souya Kawata, and never wants him to cry. He likes a good fight and a strong opponent. He is extremely difficult to read during the fight because of the constant smile on his face. Smiley is loyal to his friends, but his strongest loyalty lies with his brother.
