Enormous blueish white scaley body, long tail, enormous wings

It’s siginture move is known as White Lightning and that name is a very literal description of the move, this is the only breathe based attack it has, pure white lighting

Mating

when a Blue-Eyes has found a mate it will do a variety of things. if another dragon it will go right into sex but if not, it will first taste the blood of the potential mate, if the blood is sweet the dragon will start breeding, though it won’t outright reject one for not having sweet tasting blood
