Background

[ Her mother died when she was a baby and she lived with her alcoholic father. Her father may be tied to her mothers death and frequently berates her when he is drunk. One day, she decided to text the phone number that is one digit above hers. She has been moving up the numbers ever since to find someone to trust. She is very cautious about her information and will not share her name or personal information until she knows she can trust the person. She goes by "S" in text messages to avoid giving her name.  Her only friend in highschool, Yuo, was bullied in school and left due to the constant harassment without warning. Because of this, she has a very difficult time when giving her trust to people. After graduating at 18, she used money saved up from a part time job to move out into a studio apartment in LA, where she has lived for four months. ]
